&lt;p&gt;&lt;strong&gt;Ingredients:Â &lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;Mutton Â½ kg small pieces (leg piece)&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;Oil Â½ cup&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;Onion 2 cups chopped&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;Tomato 5 sliced&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;Yogurt Â½ cup&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;Ginger garlic paste 2 tbsp&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;Salt Â½ tsp&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;Green chilies 4 sliced&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;Coriander leaves 2 tbsp&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;Prepared karhai gosht masala 2 tbsp&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;Ginger sliced 2 tbsp&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;&lt;strong&gt;Cooking Directions:&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;First, boil mutton till half done.&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;Separately, heat oil add chopped onion, fry till soft add ginger garlic paste, salt and mutton with chopped tomatoes, cover and cook till tomatoes tender.&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;Add tbsp heaped of karhai gosht masala, cover and cook till mutton done. In the last, add yogurt, chopped green chilies, coriander leaves, ginger slice, fry well. Serve with freshly made naans and salad.&lt;/p&gt;
