WEB DESK: On its month long journey from Peshawar to Karachi, special Azadi Train arrived in Lahore on Thursday night.

It was warmly received at Lahore Railway Station by the citizens, railway officials and passengers.

The specially prepared train started its journey on last Thursday, and will travel 4,000 kilometres in a month, from Islamabad to Karachi via Peshawar, Lahore and Quetta.

The train aims to represent the society and cultures of different provinces from K-2 to the Arabian Sea.
