      <title>Recipe of the day: Chicken Wrap</title>

&lt;h2&gt;For marination&lt;/h2&gt;
&lt;h3&gt;Ingredients&lt;/h3&gt;
&lt;ol class="num_list"&gt;
&lt;li&gt;Chicken breast - 2 (cut it to strips)&lt;/li&gt;
&lt;li&gt;Red chili powder - 2 tsp&lt;/li&gt;
&lt;li&gt;Black pepper powder - Â½ tsp&lt;/li&gt;
&lt;li&gt;Garlic paste - 1 tsp&lt;/li&gt;
&lt;li&gt;Lemon juice - 1 tsp&lt;/li&gt;
&lt;li&gt;Salt - to taste&lt;/li&gt;
&lt;li&gt;Corn flour - 1 tbsp&lt;/li&gt;
&lt;li&gt;Oil - for deep frying&lt;/li&gt;
&lt;/ol&gt;
&lt;h3&gt;Method&lt;/h3&gt;
&lt;ol class="num_list"&gt;
&lt;li&gt;Marinate the chicken strips with red chili powder, black pepper powder, garlic paste lemon juice and salt for about an hour in the refrigerator.&lt;/li&gt;
&lt;li&gt;Add the corn flour to the marinated chicken and combine well.&lt;/li&gt;
&lt;li&gt;Heat oil in a deep pan and fry the chicken strips till done. Keep it aside.&lt;/li&gt;
&lt;/ol&gt;
&lt;h2&gt;Â For filling&lt;/h2&gt;
&lt;h3&gt;Ingredients&lt;/h3&gt;
&lt;ol class="num_list"&gt;
&lt;li&gt;Cabbage (thinly sliced) - 1 Â½ cup&lt;/li&gt;
&lt;li&gt;Carrot - 1 (thinly sliced)&lt;/li&gt;
&lt;li&gt;Capsicum - Â½ cup&lt;/li&gt;
&lt;li&gt;Pepper powder - 1 tsp (add more if you want it more spicy)&lt;/li&gt;
&lt;li&gt;Tomato - 1 (thinly sliced)&lt;/li&gt;
&lt;li&gt;Lettuce - Â½ cup, chopped&lt;/li&gt;
&lt;li&gt;Mayonnaise - Â¼ cup&lt;/li&gt;
&lt;li&gt;Red chili sauce - 2 - 3 tsp&lt;/li&gt;
&lt;li&gt;Chapathi/ naan / tortillas - 4 - 5&lt;/li&gt;
&lt;li&gt;Salt - to taste&lt;/li&gt;
&lt;/ol&gt;
&lt;h3&gt;Method&lt;/h3&gt;
&lt;ol class="num_list"&gt;
&lt;li&gt;Heat a pan and add sliced cabbage, carrot, capsicum, pepper powder and fried chicken and saute for a minute or two. Remove it from flame and add sliced tomato and lettuce. Add little salt to it and combine well.&lt;/li&gt;
&lt;li&gt;In another bowl combine together mayonnaise and red chili sauce.&lt;/li&gt;
&lt;li&gt;Take one chapathi/ tortilla and spread the mayonnaise - sauce on one side. Add little filling and wrap it tightly. Serve immediately&lt;/li&gt;
&lt;/ol&gt;
&lt;p&gt;&lt;strong&gt;Note : &lt;/strong&gt;makes about 4 - 5 chicken wraps.&lt;/p&gt;
