ISLAMABAD: Drug Inspector Islamabad Sardar Shabbir Ahmed on Monday sealed medicine factory operating illegally at Tarlahi Kalan after raid with police team, the spokesman of district administration said.

He said that drug Inspector sealed the Medixine factory (MP Phrama) and recovered the huge quantity of sock which was confiscated and sealed on the spot. Samples of confiscated drugs has been sent to the laboratory for analysis.

Drug Inspector told that steroids were being used in the medicines and many tablet and capsule machines were also confiscated. Police has arrested accused namely Mansoor Paracha and registered a case against him.

Further investigation is underway, he added.
