MUMBAI: Saif Ali Khan was indicted to thrash a South African Businessman, Iqbal Sharma in the lobby of Taj Hotel, whereas the hearing of the case will begin from 30th April in the local court.

According to the Indian media, Saif Ali Khan thrashed a South African Business man, Iqbal Sharma in the lobby of Taj Hotel, two years back, due to which the nose-bone of Iqbal Sharma was broken and he was critically injured.

The case registered against Saif Ali Khan had the following details, Iqbal Sharma and Saif Ali Khan was present in the same restaurant named Taj Hotel, where Iqbal Sharma asked the waiter to tell Saif Ali Khan and his friends to make little noise, as every one around them are being disturbed. The request turned out a violent form, it's when Saif Ali Khan punched Iqbal Sharma on his nose, due to which his nose-bone was broken.

It is pertinent to know that Saif Ali Khan was arrested at that time after the incident of violently thrashing Iqbal Sharma, a South African Businessman.
