The details were submitted on Thursday within the NA session headed by Deputy Speaker Faisal Kareem Kundi.</p> <p>The Interior Ministry stated that Hamesh Khan along with 28 others were arrested with the help of Interpol and brought back to Pakistan. The IM further added that 243 individuals were issued red notices and former President Pervez Musharraf was not included in the list.</p> <p>During the break, the NA was also informed that the names of 6,010 individuals were present on the Exit Control List (ECL).</p> <p>During the NA session, PML-Q's Waqas Akram told that the Higher Education Commission (HEC) was issued a budget of Rs 28 billion but the HEC favoured developmental projects rather than educational ones.
