      <title>Almost 2000 NATO containers ready to travel to Afghanistan</title>

&lt;p&gt;The containers would depart from Karachi Port and would reach the Torkham border within 2 days. The Interior Ministry and the Federal Board of Revenue have issued orders to the respective Customs officialsÂ directing them to open the Chaman border route for theÂ containers. The Customs officials have confirmed the receipt of the orders.&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;Following the resumption of NATO supplies, actions have been initiated in order to transfer several NATO containers from Chaman to Afghanistan. Custom officials have stated that the containers would be sent to Afghanistan by Wednesday evening.&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;Reports have also indicated that the security has also be tightened following the resumption of NATO supplies.&lt;/p&gt;
