Adnan first married Sabah in 2001 and divorced her in 2004, however it came as a surprise when he remarried her in 2007 and only god knows what was going through this man’s head. Nonetheless, the relationship soured again and Sabah turned to the family court for divorce YET AGAIN in 2009 and had also filed a case under the domestic Violence act against Adnan.

Upon hearing this, Sami’s first wife Zeba Bakhtiar (with whome he has a son with, Azaan Khan) came to his support and said that he could be a bad husband but could never physically hurt anyone.

Justice Roshan Dalvi today granted the couple divorce while hearing a petition filed by Adnan; in which he challenges the order of the Family court holding that the dissolution of marriage certificate produced by Galadari was invalid and they were infact still married.

Wonder what his 3rd wife; Roya Faryabi has to say about all of this? “Though, I have lost count of women in Sami’s life by now.”

In March 2011, Sabah had approached the Darul-Qaza, an Islamic body, which granted her 'fashk-e-nikah' or 'abrogation of marriage'. The family court had, however, declined to accept the certificate following which Adnan approached the high court. Justice Dalvi granted the divorce after observing that both the parties are not opposing the dissolution of marriage.

The court has, however, left the other disputes regarding Meher, compensation and other domestic issues open to be decided by the family court.
