A case had been registered by Landhi Police against Afaq Ahmad and Amir Khan in 1998.</p> <p>The court suspended the sentence of both the accused and directed government to release them if there were no other cases against them.</p> <p>Following the court’s order, the authorities released Amir Khan from central jail today.</p> The Sindh High Court revoked the life term of Mohajir Qaumi Movement-Haqiqi (MQM-H) leader Amir Khan and ordered his release on bail.
