He told the first blast occurred at the main gate of the shrine while the two others blasts occurred outside the shrine on the occasion of annual urscelebrations of the sufi saint.</p> <p>Soon after the blasts, the teams of rescue-1122 and police reached the site and started rescue operation. The injured have shifted to DHQ hospital here.</p> The death toll in Sakhi Sarwar shrine blasts in Dera Ghazi Khan has risen to 56 on Monday.
