      <title>M.A. Zuberi passes away</title>

He was born in U.P. India on July 2, 1920.&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;M.A. Zuberi is survived by three sons, two daughters and several grandsons and grand daughters. He was suffering from illness since past many years.&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;M.A. Zuberi, one of the eldest journalists in the sub-continent, was known as the founder of economic and financial journalism in Pakistan. &lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;His funeral prayers will be offered on Monday after &lt;em&gt;Zuhr&lt;/em&gt; and he will be buried in the premises of Abdullah Shah Ghazi's shrine.&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;He was also the recipient of `Sitara-i-Imtiaz' and many other awards.&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;He joined the profession of journalism under the commands of Quaid-e-Azam Muhammad Ali Jinnah in December 1945 with induction into daily Dawn, Delhi.&lt;/p&gt;
