      <title>Plane crash: CAA orders inquiry</title>

&lt;p&gt;A spokesman of CAA said that the investigation team will be headed by Air Commodore Khawaja Abdul Majeed.&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;"CAA Director General Nadeem Yousufzai who had gone to Islamabad for a meeting, has returned after the incident," the spokesman said and that the DG will also visit the site of the incident.&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;The aircraft B-190 owned by JS Airliner crashed one minute after departure from Jinnah International Airport at 7:13 a.m. &lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;The pilot had informed the Control Tower that one of the engine of the aircraft was not functioning and he was asked to return to the airport. &lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;But the aircraft crashed near the airport claiming lives of all 21 on board.&lt;/p&gt;
